劖刺（上仕銜反說文云劖斷也針刾也一云剽也釗也從刀毚聲下清亦反說文云刺迶傷也從刀束聲剽音匹妙反釗音之遙反）。

Slashing and piercing (劖刺: the first character is shì + xián fanqie. The Shuowen says: "劖 means to cut off; to prick with a needle; one explanation says to scrape; to shear. It takes the radical 刀 and has 毚 as phonetic." The second character is qīng + yì fanqie. The Shuowen says: "刺 means to pierce and wound; it takes the radical 刀 and has 束 as phonetic." 剽 is pronounced pǐ + miào fanqie; 釗 is pronounced zhī + yáo fanqie).
