臠臠（攣剸反顧野王云謂切肉為胾之小者說文從肉䜌聲䜌音力尃反正字也）。

Minced bits (臠臠: luán + tuán fanqie. Gu Yewang says: "Refers to cutting meat into small slices." The Shuowen says: "It takes the radical 肉 and has 䜌 as phonetic." 䜌 is pronounced lì + fū fanqie; it is the correct character).
