當盧(字冝作顱同力胡反言馬面當顱刻金為之所謂鏤錫也詩注云眉上曰陽刻金飾之今當盧是也)。

Frontlet (當盧: the character should properly be written 顱, with the same sound as 力胡 [l- + -ú → lú]; it refers to the frontlet on a horse's forehead, made of engraved metal, that which is called ‘engraved tin’. The commentary on the Shijing says: “The area above the eyebrows is called yang; engraved metal is used to ornament it; the modern horse frontlet (當盧) is this”).
