拘隣 (Kauṇḍinya; here translated as Ājñāta, meaning 'already understood'; Kauṇḍinya is the family name. The names of the five people who were converted first: the first is named Kauṇḍinya; the second is named Aśvajit; the third is named Bhadrika; the fourth is named Daśabala-Kāśyapa; the fifth is named Mahānāman-Kauṇḍinya).
