多撮（倉埒反字林云撮取也禮記孔子曰今大地一撮土之多是也又宗捋反亦通說文四圭也三指撮也從手最聲最音子內反）。

A pinch (多撮: cāng + lüè fanqie. The Zilin says: "撮 means to pinch/take." In the Liji, Confucius says: "Now the great earth is as abundant as a pinch of soil," which is this. Also pronounced zōng + lüè fanqie, which is also acceptable. The Shuowen says: "Four guī; a pinch taken with three fingers. It takes the radical 手 and has 最 as phonetic." 最 is pronounced zǐ + nèi fanqie).
