稟仰（上彼錦反孔注尚書稟人所承受也說文從㐭從禾㐭音力錦反）。
To receive and look up to (稟仰: for the first character, the fanqie is 彼 + 錦. Kong [Anguo's] commentary on the Shangshu says: "稟 is that which a person receives." The Shuowen says: "Formed from 㐭 and 禾." For 㐭, the fanqie is 力 + 錦.)
