樟柟梓（上掌穰反顧野王云大木也考聲木名也中納潭反郭注爾雅亦大木也俗作楠經作棚誤也下茲死反考工記云致木之工梓為器也考聲云亦木名也尚書曰楄梓豫樟是也）。

樟柟梓 (The first character has the fanqie 掌 + 穰. Gu Yewang says: 'A large tree.' The Kaosheng says: 'The name of a tree.' The middle character has the fanqie 納 + 潭. Guo's commentary on the Erya says: 'Also a large tree.' Popularly written as 楠. In the sūtra text it is written as 棚, which is an error. The last character has the fanqie 茲 + 死. The Kaogong ji says: 'The woodworker shaping wood makes catalpa (梓) into vessels.' The Kaosheng says: 'Also the name of a tree.' The Shangshu says: '楄, 梓, 豫, and 樟 are these.').
