遘善（古候反毛詩傳云遘猶遇也郭注爾雅亦謂相遭遇也說文從辵冓聲也辵音丑略反冓音古候反）。

遘善 [Meeting goodness]: [遘 is pronounced with the fanqie] 古 + 候 [gòu]. The commentary to the Shijing states: '遘 is like meeting.' Guo's commentary to the Erya also says it means encountering one another. The Shuowen jiezi says it is derived from 辵 with 冓 phonetic. 辵 is pronounced with the fanqie 丑 + 略 [chuò]; 冓 is pronounced with the fanqie 古 + 候 [gòu].
