掣縮（上尺制反周易云其牛掣顧野王掣猶牽也說文云掣謂引而縱之也從手制聲亦作摯𢊏音並同下雙菊反說文云縮亂也從糸宿聲）。

Twitch and shrink (掣縮: the first character has the fanqie 尺制. The Book of Changes says: "Its ox twitches (掣)." Gu Yewang says: 掣 [chè] is like pulling. Shuowen says: 掣 means to draw and release; classified under the "hand" radical with the sound of 制 [zhì]; also written as 摯 and 𢊏, both with the same sound. The second character has the fanqie 雙菊. Shuowen says: 縮 [suō] means disordered; classified under "silk" with the sound of 宿 [sù]).
