損瘦 [written with rare variants]: For the first character, the fanqie is [s- + un >] sūn and [b- + en >] běn; it is the correct character for 損 ('diminish; harm'). It is composed of the 'hand' radical and 員. For the second character, the fanqie is [s- + ou >] sōu and [j- + iu >] jiù. The Shenglei says: '瘦 means lean and emaciated.' The Kaosheng says: 'Fatigued and weakened.' The Wenzi dian shuo says: '[The form] is lean and emaciated. Composed of 𤕫 with 叜 phonetic.'
