作蛭（之逸反謂入人皮中食血者也江東名蟣音巨幾反經文作螲音知栗反螻蛄也非此義也）。

Leeches (作蛭: zhī + yì fanqie; it refers to those that penetrate human skin to feed on blood; in Jiangdong they are called jǐ (蟣), pronounced jù + jǐ fanqie; the scripture text writes it as 螲, pronounced zhī + lì fanqie, which is a mole cricket; it does not have this meaning).
