Zhouzu [to curse / imprecate] (the first character is zhou shou fan; the second is zu shu fan: Guo's commentary on the Zhouli says: 'Zu means desiring mutual harm.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Zhou also means zu; it is sometimes written with the speech radical as 酬 in the falling tone. The second character takes its meaning from 言 and its sound from 且.')
