持鉾（古文[戒-廾+方]釨二形今作矛同莫侯反說文酋矛長二丈建於兵車也酋自由反）。

Hold a pike (持鉾: In ancient script written in the two forms [戒-廾+方] and 釨; now written as 矛, pronounced with the fanqie *mo* + *hou* [máo]. The *Shuowen jiezi* states: 'The *qiumao* spear is two zhang long and mounted on war chariots.' 酋 is pronounced with the fanqie *zi* + *you* [yóu].).
