柵㰚（叉白反說文編竪木也㰚又作籬陀二形同力支反通俗文柴垣曰拕木垣曰柵釋名云以柴作之疏離然也律文作柟楀非體也柟音南楀音矩也）。

Palisade and fence (柵㰚; [柵 is] fanqie: 叉 + 白 [chè]; the Shuowen says: "Erected stakes woven together"; 㰚 is also written with the two forms 籬 and 陀, both fanqie: 力 + 支 [lí]; the Tongsu wen says: "A brushwood enclosure is called a 拕; a wooden enclosure is called a 柵"; the Shiming says: "Made with brushwood, sparse and spaced apart"; written 柟楀 in the Vinaya text, which is not the standard form; 柟 is pronounced nán, and 楀 is pronounced jǔ).
