親厚（古文屋同胡苟反案厚者不薄也重也律文或作友于久反說文友同志也廣疋友愛也親也隨作皆得也）。

Intimate and close (親厚; in ancient script 屋 is identical, fanqie: 胡 + 苟 [hòu]; note that 厚 means not thin, substantial; in the Vinaya text it is sometimes written 友, fanqie: 于 + 久 [yǒu]; the Shuowen says: "友 means having the same purpose"; the Guangya says: "友 means to love, to be close"; whichever character is used is acceptable).
