泔汁（音甘說文泔潘也謂米汁也潘音翻浙米汁也江北名泔江南名潘也）。

泔汁 [rice-water broth] (Pronounced 甘 [gān]. The Shuowen jiezi states: "泔 means 潘; that is, rice water." 潘 is pronounced 翻 [fān]; water from washing rice. North of the Yangtze it is called 泔; south of the Yangtze it is called 潘).
