刀鞘（小爾雅韒諸書作削同思誚反說文削刀鞞也方言劒削關東謂之削關西謂之𩌃音餅江南音嘯中國者笑）。

Knife sheath (刀鞘: Xiao Erya has 韒; various texts write it as 削, the same, fanqie 思 [and] 誚. Shuowen jiezi: "A sheath (xiao 削) is a scabbard for a knife." Fangyan: "For a sword sheath, east of the Pass they call it a xiao (削); west of the Pass they call it a bing (𩌃), pronounced 餅. South of the Yangtze it is pronounced 嘯; in the Central Plain it is pronounced 笑.")
