鞔著（莫千反蒼頡篇鞔覆也今謂覆盖鞔周禮棧車無革鞔是也律文作縵二形假借也）。

Cover over (鞔著: fanqie 莫 [and] 千. Cang Jie pian: "鞔 means to cover." Nowadays it means to cover over. Zhouli: "Cart frames without a leather covering (man 鞔)," which is this. The Vinaya text writes 縵; the two character forms are phonetic borrowings).
