剸拱（旨耎反通俗文截斷曰剸律文作椯丁果而兖二反搖也度也）。

Sever and fold (剸拱: fanqie 旨 [and] 耎. Tongsu wen: "To sever and cut off is called zhuan (剸)." The Vinaya text writes 椯, with the two pronunciations 丁果 and 而兖: to shake, to measure).
