捺髀（古文䠋同蒲米反說文股外也北人用此音又音方爾反江南行此音律文作䏶俗字也）。

Pressing the thigh (捺髀; in ancient script 䠋 is identical, fanqie: 蒲 + 米 [bì]; the Shuowen says: "The outer thigh"; northerners use this pronunciation; also pronounced 方 + 爾 [bǐ], which is used south of the Yangtze; written 䏶 in the Vinaya text, which is a vulgar character).
