刧比羅國（正梵音云劫比羅伐窣堵國舊名迦比羅衛國或曰迦羅皆梵語訛略也即是釋迦如來降生之地淨梵王所治之境此國中有鷄足毘富羅山卑鉢羅石窟大迦葉波與千羅漢結集三藏聖教之處）。

刧比羅國: The correct Sanskrit sound is Kapilavastu. Old names were Kapilavastu-country or [simply] Jiāluó, which are all corruptions and abbreviations of the Sanskrit. This was the place where Śākyamuni Tathāgata descended to be born, the realm governed by King Śuddhodana. Within this country are Cock's Foot Mountain, Vipula Mountain, and the Pippala Stone Cave, where Mahākāśyapa and a thousand arhats compiled the sacred teachings of the Tripiṭaka.
