胮脹（上朴邦反埤蒼云䏺亦腫脹也古今正字作胖亦作𤶞從肉夆聲下張亮反杜注左傳云脹謂腹滿也古今正字云䏺肛脹也從肉長聲或作痮形聲字肛音苦江反）。

Swollen and distended (胮脹; the first character is fanqie 朴 + 邦. The Picang says: "䏺 also means swollen and distended." The Gujin zhengzi gives it as 胖 or as 𤶞, taking radical 肉 and 夆 as phonetic. The second character is fanqie 張 + 亮. Du's Commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: "脹 means the belly is full." The Gujin zhengzi says: "䏺肛脹; it takes radical 肉 and 長 as phonetic." It is also written as 痮, a phono-semantic compound character. 肛 is fanqie 苦 + 江).
