醍醐（上音提下音胡韻詮云酥之至精醇者以細滑故常不凝如清油香名曰醒醐）。

醍醐 (The upper character is pronounced 提 [tí]; the lower is pronounced 胡 [hú]. The Yunquan says: "The most refined and pure essence of clarified butter (sarpir-maṇḍa). Because it is fine and smooth, it never congeals, remaining like fragrant clear oil; it is called tihu").
