絲縈 (The lower character is [pronounced with the] fanqie 於營 [yíng]. The Mao Commentary to the Classic of Poetry says: "Ying means to revolve." The Kaosheng says: "To entwine; to wind around." The Shuowen says: "To gather and wind silk around a reel. Derived from silk with an abbreviated ying phonetic." 韏 is pronounced 卷 [juǎn]).
