羈絆 (The upper character is [pronounced with the] fanqie 凡冝 [jī]. The Kaosheng says: "A halter (ji) means to tether." Sometimes written 羇 with the radical 奇. The ancient script was written 𢤇, derived from net (冈) and 𰒀. 𰒀 is pronounced with the fanqie 砧立 [jí]; it is a compound ideograph.
