篦杓 (The upper character is [pronounced with the] fanqie 閉迷 [bì]. A wooden paddle used for stirring congee or medicines. In Vinaya texts it is written with 𤰞 as 箄, which is a popular form. The lower character is [pronounced with the] fanqie 常斫 [sháo]. A ladle with a handle).
