䆿言 (for the first character, the fanqie is 霓 + 計. The Shenglei says: "Talking wildly in one's sleep." The Shuowen says: "It takes an abbreviated form of 㝱 with 臬 as phonetic." 臬 is pronounced with the fanqie 研 + 結).
