唼食 (The first syllable is *shà* [yuan + da fanqie]. The Kaosheng says: "唼 (*shà*) means sucking." The Zitong says: "唼 (*shà*) means sucking blood; the orthodox character is 𠯗." The Tongsu wen says: "When flavor enters the mouth, it is called 𠯗." The Wenzi dianxuo states that it is formed with 'mouth' (口) and 妾 as the phonetic component. 卪 is pronounced *zā* [za + gan fanqie]. The second syllable is the orthodox character for 'eat' [食]).
