𣖀槩（上庚猛反爾雅云𣖀直也廣雅云略也說文云從木㪅聲下該愛反鄭注禮記云可以平斗斛者也說文槩杚斗斛也從木既聲杚音昆兀反）。

𣖀槩 (The first syllable is *gěng* [geng + meng fanqie]. The Erya says: "𣖀 (*gěng*) means straight." The Guangya says: "It means brief outline." The Shuowen jiezi states that it is formed with 'wood' (木) and 㪅 as the phonetic component. The second syllable is *gài* [gai + ai fanqie]. Zheng Xuan's commentary on the Liji says: "That which can level dry measures (dou and hu)." The Shuowen jiezi says: "槩 (*gài*) is a leveling rod used to level dou and hu measures; it is formed with 'wood' (木) and 既 as the phonetic component." 杚 is pronounced *kùn* [kun + wu fanqie]).
