骾喉（上庚杏反物在喉中不下也說文從骨更聲律文從魚作鯁非此義也下音侯）。

Bone stuck in the throat (骾喉: the first is pronounced with the fanqie 庚杏, meaning something stuck in the throat that will not go down. The Shuowen says: "It takes bone [骨] as semantic classifier and gèng [更] as phonetic." In the Vinaya text it is written with fish [魚] as 鯁, which does not have this meaning. The second is pronounced 侯 [hóu]).
