餅[麥*酋]（上煩晚反禮記云飯黍无以箸也韻詮云炊米乾曰飰溼曰飧說文作飯云食也下昌少反又字典說云𪍑者煼乾屑麥也從麥酋聲律文作[麩-夫+少]俗字煼音抄絞反）。

Bǐngqiú 餅[麥*酋] (cakes and parched grains: the upper [fanqie] f- + [w]ǎn 煩晚反. The Liji says: 'When eating millet, do not use chopsticks.' The Yunquan says: 'Steamed rice when dry is called fàn 飰, and when wet is called sūn 飧.' The Shuowen jiezi writes it as 飯, saying it means 'food.' The lower [sounded with the fanqie] ch- + [sh]ào 昌少反. Also the Zidian shuo says: '𪍑 is parched, dried, crushed wheat. It has radical 麥 [wheat] with 酋 as phonetic component.' In the vinaya text it is written as [麩-夫+少], a vulgar form. Chǎo 煼 is pronounced with the fanqie ch- + [ji]ǎo 抄絞反).
