Wūsǔn 汙損 (defiled and damaged: the upper [sounded with the fanqie] w- + [g]ù 烏故反. The Kaosheng says: 'Wū 汙 means to soil.' Kong's commentary to the Shangshu says: 'Not clean.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'To smear.' It has radical 水 [water] with 于 as phonetic component).
