足踹 ('foot and calf'): the second character is [pronounced] with the fanqie 船耎. The Kaosheng says: 'It refers to the calf of the leg.' The Shuowen writes it as 腨, taking 月 (flesh) as semantic component and 耑 as phonetic component.
