髫季 ('youngest child / young of age'): the first character is [pronounced] with the fanqie 銚遙. The Cangjiepian says: '髫 (tiáo) means tufts of hair.' The Wenzi jilüe says: 'It is a young child's hair.' The Wenzidian shuo says: 'It takes 髟 (hair) as semantic component and 召 as phonetic component.' Vinaya texts write it with 齒 (tooth) as 齠, which is a popular variant.
