染衣倀 clothes-dyeing stretcher: zhai + geng fan [chēng]. Also written as 𢿵. The Kaosheng says: “𢿵 means to stretch out.” Derived from ‘wood’ (木) with ‘chang’ (敞) as phonetic. In the vinaya text it is written with ‘hand’ and ‘zhen’ as 揁, which is an error.
