聾騃（上鹿東反蒼頡篇云聾謂耳不聞也杜注左傳云胷也說文無聞也從龍耳聲下崖解反前有部律第十九卷中已具釋）。

聾騃 'deaf and foolish' (the first character is fanqie 鹿東; the Cang Jie pian says: '聾 refers to the ears being unable to hear'; Du [Yu's] commentary on the Zuozhuan says: 'to be unenlightened'; the Shuowen jiezi says: 'having no hearing; it is formed from the ear [radical] with 龍 phonetic'; the second character is fanqie 崖解; it was already fully explained in Fascicle 19 of the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya above).
