攢藥 (Gathering medicine: The first character [攢], pronounced *tan* + *luan* [cuán]. Zheng's commentary on the *Liji* states: '攢 is like shaking.' The *Kaosheng* states: '攢 means to pierce.' The *Wenzi dianshuo* has it composed of 手 with 贊 as phonetic).
