治補 (The first character is pronounced like 持 [chí]. Gu Yewang says: 治 [zhì] means to repair. Shuowen jiezi: It is derived from 水 [water] with 台 as phonetic. The second character is 逋 [bū] + 古 [gǔ] fanqie. Zheng's commentary on the Rites of Zhou says: 補 [bǔ] means to supplement what is deficient. Shuowen jiezi: It is derived from 衣 [clothing] with 甫 as phonetic).
