𭤅榮（上撫無反孔注尚書敷布也又舒也韓詩遍也說文從文從[(甫-、)/万][(甫-、)/万]音同上攴音普卜反）。

Spreading glory (𭤅榮: the upper character has the fanqie *fu* + *wu*; Kong Anguo's commentary on the *Shangshu* says: "𭤅 means to spread out (敷布)"; it also means to unfold (舒); the *Han Commentary on the Odes* says: "Everywhere/universally"; the *Shuowen* says: "It takes 文 as radical and [(甫-、)/万] as phonetic"; [(甫-、)/万] has the same sound as above; 攴 has the fanqie *pu* + *bu*).
