痳病（上立砧反聲類云痲謂小便數而難出也文字典說云疝病也又云小便歰病也從疒林聲）。

痳病 (for the first character, l- + -in in fanqie. The Shenglei says: '痳 refers to urine that is frequent and difficult to discharge.' The Wenzi dianshuo says: 'A hernia-like disease.' It also says: 'The disease of difficulty in urination.' It takes disease as semantic and 林 as phonetic).
