癲病（上典年反文字集略從疒作癲賊風入五藏狂病也廣雅云癲狂也聲類云風病也文字典說亦云惡風病也從疒顛聲）。

癲病 (for the first character, d- + -ian in fanqie. The Wenzi jilüe writes it with disease as semantic to make 癲; it is madness caused by perverse wind entering the five viscera. The Guangya says: '癲 means madness.' The Shenglei says: 'A wind illness.' The Wenzi dianshuo also says: 'A malignant wind disease.' It takes disease as semantic and 顛 as phonetic).
