殉逝（上巡俊反左氏傳云殉以人從死也應劭云亡身從物曰殉也文字典說從歺句聲歺音矝）。

殉逝 (for the first character, x- + -un in fanqie. The Zuo zhuan says: '殉 means following the dead with human sacrifices.' Ying Shao says: 'Throwing away one's life to follow an object is called 殉.' The Wenzi dianshuo gives it with 歺 [death] as semantic and 句 as phonetic; 歺 is pronounced j- + -in).
