䏺脹（上朴那反集訓云䏺肛滿脹大皃也埤蒼䏺亦脹也古今正字作肨亦作𰯃𰯃肛膓脹也從肉夆聲肛音戶公反夆音戶江反下張亮反杜注左傳云脹腹滿也文字典說云食飽膓痛也從肉長聲也）。

Bloated and distended (䏺脹: the first is pronounced [朴 + 那] *pò*. The Jixun says: '䏺 is the appearance of the bowels being distended and swollen.' The Picang says: '䏺 also means distended.' The Gujin zhengzi writes it as 肨, or as 𰯃; 𰯃 means the bowels and intestines are distended. It takes the radical ròu and the phonetic féng; 肛 is pronounced [戶 + 公] *hóng*; féng is pronounced [戶 + 江] *jiāng*. The second is pronounced [張 + 亮] *zhàng*. Du's commentary on the Zuozhuan says: '脹 means the belly is full.' The Wenzi dianshuo says: 'Having eaten one's fill, the bowels ache. It takes the radical ròu and the phonetic zhǎng').
