腦胲（古才反足大指也案字義宜作解音胡賣反謂腦縫解也無上依經云頂骨無胲是也）。

Sutures of the brain (腦胲: [胲 is] *gu* and *cai* *fanqie* [= *gai*], the big toe; examining the character's meaning, it should properly be written as 解, pronounced *hu* and *mai* *fanqie* [= *xie*], referring to the separation of the brain sutures; the *Anuttarāśraya-sūtra* says: "The cranial bones have no sutures," which is this).
