躁擾（上遭喿反正作躁論文作槮是槮袂字音衫斬反非心躁字也前第十卷中已具釋訖下音人沼反）。

Agitated and disturbed (躁擾: the first character has the fanqie 遭 + 喿; the standard form is 躁. In the treatise text it is written as 槮, which is the character for dangling sleeves and has the fanqie 衫 + 斬; it is not the character for restlessness of the mind. It was already fully explained above in the tenth fascicle. The second character has the fanqie 人 + 沼).
