二隥（登鄧反廣雅隥履也說文隥仰也從𨸏登聲論從足作蹬字書亦通作蹬）。

Two steps (二隥; [the second character is] 登 + 鄧. The *Guangya* states: "隥 means to step." The *Shuowen jiezi* states: "隥 means to look upward. Composed of 'mound' (𨸏) and 登 as the phonetic." In the treatise it is written with 'foot' as 蹬; dictionaries also accept 蹬).
