嗤笑（上齒之反字書嗤小笑皃也文字典說從口蚩聲論作蚩誤也或作㰩古字也）。

Sneer and laugh (嗤笑: the first character has the fanqie 齒之; character dictionaries say: '嗤 is the appearance of a slight chuckle.' The Wenzidian shuo says: 'Formed from [the semantic component] "mouth" (口) and has 蚩 as phonetic.' In the treatise it is written as 蚩, which is an error; it is also written as 㰩, an ancient form).
