局故 (the first character is *kai* combined with *yu* [fanqie: kai-yu]; Mao's commentary on the Shijing says: “𡱈 means bent or coiled.” The Guangya says: “Close.” The Shuowen says: “𡱈 means cramped. Formed with 口 beneath 尺, curving around it; a pictograph”).
