[病-丙+手]脹（上璞江反埤蒼胖亦脹也下張亮反杜注左傳云脹腹滿也古今正字並從肉丰長聲或從疒作庠痮也）。

[病-丙+手]脹 [Swollen and bloated] (The first character has the fanqie 璞江 [pú + jiāng]. The Picang says: '胖 also means bloated.' The second character has the fanqie 張亮 [zhāng + liàng]. Du's commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: '脹 means the abdomen is distended.' Ancient and modern correct characters both write them with the "flesh" radical and the phonetics 丰 and 長. Alternatively, they are written with the "sickness" radical as 庠 and 痮).
