[病-丙+手]脹 [Swollen and bloated] (The first character has the fanqie 璞江 [pú + jiāng]. The Picang says: '胖 also means bloated.' The second character has the fanqie 張亮 [zhāng + liàng]. Du's commentary on the Zuo zhuan says: '脹 means the abdomen is distended.' Ancient and modern correct characters both write them with the "flesh" radical and the phonetics 丰 and 長.
